RULES AND REGULATIONS

Admission to the college binds a student to observe college rules and all the directives that may be issued from time to time by the college authority.

·         All the Student shall go to their classes in time without disturbing other classes.

·         Loitering and Lounging in the college campus is strictly prohibited.

·         Student shall take care of college furniture and must not spoil or cause any deliberate damage or tamper with the college property, fitting etc.

·         Student should maintain a sense of decorum at all times both inside and outside the college. Those who are found guilty of serious misconduct may call punishment, including expulsion as permitted by regulations.

·         Possession of identity card is must inside the campus and it must be produced whenever asked.

·         While using library books Student must take care that no damage is done to the books. Causing damage to the library books will make a student liable to punishment, which is extreme case, may be suspension or expulsion from college.

Smoking and chewing

The college premises have been declared as a no smoking zone. Chewing tobacco is strictly prohibited. Anybody found indulge in this acts will be punished.

Identity Card

a.      After admission each student is entitled to get an identity card signed by the principal and it is a proof of his/her status as a student of this college. Students are required to bring their identity card with them to the college and produce when necessary. Loss of identity card must be reported immediately to the office and will replace on payment of charges for the same.

b.      In case of transfer or withdrawal from the college, the card must be surrendered to the college office to get identity card clearance.

Attendance

Attendance of at least 95 % of the classes held during the course of study is absolutely necessary as eligibility for appearing at the College Examination. This rule is equally applicable to the Student appearing in the annual test conducted by the college. Student failing the requirement of minimum attendance will not be allowed to appear at the College Examination.

 

EXAMINATIONS AND SUPPLEMENTARY

        i.            The time table for each examination will be provided according to the college routine

      ii.            If a student scores below average s/he will have to pay  5,000 per subject for supplementary examination  unless it is announced differently

    iii.            If a student misses the examination with or without any written notice, such a student will have to compensate the missed exams during supplementary schedule and s/he will have to pay unless he bears a valid document such as from hospital, police and the like

    iv.            If a student misses the supplementary exam(s), such a student will have to pay for the special supplementary exams at the double cost of the normal supplementary exam charges

      v.            Final examinations have their unique costs; the costs are always shown in the report form or can be announced in a formal way.

    vi.            If a student misses  the final examinations, the procedures shall be as per above in (iv)

NOTE:  Each item above is expected to be of the right sample, other samples will be termed as invalid uniform.

 

FIELD/CERTIFICATION

The eligibility for field or certification goes orthogonally with the following (not only limited to these ones)

®  To have paid fee in full

®  To have paid other contributions in full if any

®  To have sat for all examinations and tests

®  To have returned all materials which were borrowed from the office/from the teacher/from the teachers, eg books, pamphlets, booklets etc..

®  To have passed the exams/tests

®  To have sat for supplementary exams (if such a student failed)

®  To have paid fines (if any)

 

 

 

STUDENTS’ GATHERINGS/MEETINGS

Students are expected to have gatherings for learning purposes such as discussion/teachers presentation/planned and authorized student’s presentation.

 

Gatherings aiming to reinforce riot/movement or any violation shall be termed invalid unless it has been proved from the office.

If students opt to assemble for the sake of discussing teachers’ misconduct/college misconduct or worker’s misconduct, will have to fetch the permission from the office.

 

FIELD FOR TRAINING

The college shall offer the chance for field training as per season. Again the students are expected to pay not more than 0.1% of the day scholars’ fee for the sake of facilitating field training if charges arise.  It is believed that, the chance for field training are provided freely unless otherwise.Such amount will have to be paid directly in the office or as per instruction. If charges arise when a student is at the field station, such a student shall have to persevere by adhering to the station/hotel/company/park/office rules.

WORLD OF EMPLOYMENT

Always the college is having different connections with different companies/hotels which are in need of trainees and sometimes workers. When such vacancies arise-they are directly connected to the only qualified candidates with no extra payments. The college identifies and gives equal opportunity to the students in their studies-hence, the ball is always at whoever studies for the sake of fitting in the industry.

NOTE:

By laws are likely to be produced by the college for the sake of meeting general students’requirements. All students are expected to have no conflicts with these rules.

RULES AND REGULATIONS- SUSPENSION TO THE STUDENTS

All students are likely to be suspended in case they breach the law. There shall be no double standard to the students. Rejecting the suspension may lead to expulsion from the college.

FIELD TRAINING

Always the field training is set accordingly. This is to say each student is attended according to his or her time s/he was registered. Failure to implement the requirements will affect the student. Possible items which should be fulfilled before the time for field reaches:

a.       Fee

b.      Fines if any

c.       Contributions if any

d.      Returning the borrowed books/booklets/pamphlets/ etc

e.      Uniforms or requirements

 NOTE: NOT LIMITED TO THESE ONES…..

Other items may arise according to personal behavior

 

TIME MANAGEMENT

a.       Each item is expected to be met at the right time, behave ethically and follow the procedures and rules and regulations.

b.      Failure to keep time due to factors such as: suspension, fee, personal laziness, other punishments and the like will affect the particular student.

c.       When the time for filed reaches, the student will have to respond, his/her failure may incur other costs
